Installing the New Version of Apple Diablo 4

If you're experiencing issues while trying to install the new version of Diablo 4 on your Windows 11 system, you're not alone. Many gamers have reported similar problems, and I've tried various troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue without success.

Firstly, I attempted DNS flushing, network reset, resetting the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) repository, deleting Battle net and Blizzard directories in different locations, running the setup as an administrator, restarting/unplugging the router/modem, disabling Kaspersky protection, and changing DNS server addresses to Google's (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4). Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.

I also tried deleting the Battle net folder from my ProgramData directory, but when I attempted to reinstall Battle net, I encountered a window that said 'Oops, something went wrong' and was advised to contact support. This forced me to download Battle net again from the Blizzard site, only for it to get stuck at 50% during the installation process.

The problem started when I was playing Diablo 4 and experienced a game crash, leading to a loss of connectivity to the server. Despite trying every option suggested by other gamers, which I found through my Google searches, none of these solutions worked for me.

In desperation, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the Battle net app, hoping this would resolve the issue. However, after multiple unsuccessful login attempts, I'm still facing the same problem.

I've already submitted two tickets to Blizzard, but so far, I've only received automated responses with generic troubleshooting suggestions.
